My Current Favorite Foods!

1) Raw Almonds—> I used to shy away from eating nuts because I thought they were fattening but now I have learned that they are an excellent source of protein, contain lots of vitamins and minerals, have about 2-3 grams of fiber per ounce, and are a good healthy fat!  I snack on these babies every day!
