It is hard not to eat with a spoon, ok...I totally ate a few spoonfuls of the stuff.
It is a lot like blueberry pudding, not that there is such a thing but that's what it's like!
I enjoyed it on my yummy monster sized protein muffin!
Check out the steam coming off that baby!
Here's the recipe for that, I just left out the 'frosting':
Basic Protein Muffin:
1/2 cup canned Pumpkin
1 1/2 Tbs. Flour of your choice
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (16 grams)
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Sweet Leaf Stevia
1/4 cup Flax Milk (or milk of your choice)
1/4 cup Egg Whites (I used powdered with H2O)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. FF/SF Chocolate Jell-o Pudding (dry)
1 Tbs. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Combine Muffin ingredients in a microwave safe mug (I use a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup)
Microwave for 5-6 minutes (Times may vary)
While the muffin is cooking, combine frosting ingredients.
Turn out muffin, cool just slightly, spread with frosting and Enjoy!
