In all these locations today you can see shelves upon shelves of various multicolored and different sized bottles from any manufacturer of vitamins who can squeeze into that store space. But what is the deal really with all these vitamin and mineral products? Are we all to take them, both women and men, young and old? And if so, which ones and how much?
