Big woop, right? I probably share those sentiments with millions of other Americans. But I also don’t like showing up to work at 8 AM, wearing shoes, washing my face, and a number of other things I do on a regular basis without complaining. (Well, maybe not without complaining totally - you’ll learn that complaining is something I LOVE to do.) But one way or another, I need to make some lifestyle changes so that working out and eating healthy food become as much a part of my routine as washing my face before I go to bed. I decided to start this blog to document some of those changes, which I expect to range from subtle to dramatic.
