The weather has been brutal today, luckily Moose and I got in a long walk this morning and since she still had more energy to burn this afternoon while it began to ice outside we played in the house!
Playing inside while its icing outside! That is a smiling pup.

This past weekend the Pilates studio where I work was closed for some professional development. One of the biggest draws about Pilates for myself is that you can always learn more about your body and you can ALWAYS work a little deeper. With any form of exercise it is easy to get into a routine and stay comfortable with what you are doing. The Pilates repertoire consists of over 700+ exercises and there is lots of room for creativity and modifications within those exercises. It was a great day filled with some reinforcing lessons, new variations, and helpful teaching techniques!
