Saturday was full of Inversions.  I attended a 2 hour long Yoga Inversion workshop at my favorite studio Om on the Range .  Inversions are probably the only thing I am timid about trying in yoga class.  Not for the fear of failure but the fear of being part of a live domino effect.  It was really wonderful to have 2 full hours to practice a new and in depth set of skills, with lots of information and preparatory exercises to get the body ready.  I love going upside down, it's just really fun and you feel strong once you get there.  The teacher created a very safe learning environment that lent itself to lots of hands on time and questions.  I encourage you in any area of life that you are curious about to take the opportunity to ask questions and spend the time for yourself to learn more.  Now to actually try my new skills out in class...wish me luck!

Tuesday: Teach Bootcamp and Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Wednesday: 5 mile run
Thursday: Teach Bootcamp and Pilates
Friday: Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 8 mile run
