How fun is it that I was all ready to hit the pavement today, but it’s raining (more like nearly pouring and nearly snowing)…and I’m fighting the worst freaking stomach issues. I’m waiting it out and hoping to get my run in this evening. I’m loving the slow, steady runs that are getting my legs ready for the full 12-week Hal Higdon plan. (Hal, I’m counting on you man!)
I have a lot to talk about and a lot of new things that I’d like to start here on the blog, and you’ll be seeing them slowly taking shape over the next week. For now, I’m throwing some runspiration atcha.
Also, a quick mention since I’m getting back in the yoga habit…Toni from Running, Loving, Living is hosting a giveaway for a Tomuno yoga mat. I’m dying to win it…it would totally save my still aching wrists. (Word to the wise, while building a fence and using an auger to dig 25 or so 30″ deep holes, brace your wrists.
