Monday = Motivation Hope everyone has a great day. What motivates you when you just don’t think you have it in you?

Good morning,
I slept in again! I was so excited I slept until 8:00 when my alarm went off and then wanted to go back to sleep which never usually happens anymore. It was great. I woke up and made a big pot of coffee for my roommate and I although she didn’t seem to excited about it.
I have been catching up on school work, messing with my training calendar, and pondering my thoughts about exercise. My motivation level is decreasing as the half marathon keeps coming. I ran 9 miles last week but I am just not into the training as much as I was last year. My mom plans to run 12 miles on Saturday and the half isn’t until october. I need to jump on her bandwagon.
For breakfast I had 2 slices of nectarine, 1 fig, cinnamon, 2 big spoonfuls of cottage cheese, sprinkle of kashi (honey flax), 1 plum.
I am currently extremely full for some reason and hope it goes away soon. I really didn’t think my breakfast was big/nor that filling so I don’t understand what my body is telling me.
Hope everyone has a great day. What motivates you when you just don’t think you have it in you?
