Vegan Fall Recipes – Keeping the VeganMoFo Going! We get a couple of cool nights here in Southern California and I automatically dive into wanting to make fall recipes. Mind you, it was like over 100 degrees last week. But here I am taking wanting to make chili, cook with root veggies, and make some wonderful soups. All {healthy} comfort foods. I hope the weather cooperates with me!
This weekend, we decorated our house for Halloween. I’m even crafting a Halloween fabric wreath and hope to unveil it soon {actually making a craft I found on Pinterest}. We shopped for sweaters. Put away the summer fan. I’m ready! I’m ready to live and relish in the fall season! This is the season I wish I lived in Vermont.
VeganMoFo: Speaking of Vegan. I Love the way my body feels this past week being vegan. No bloating, irritability, and I can already feel my body leaning out. My Vegan tip for the week: be prepared. It helps to keep fruit or prepared veggies around when the hunger strikes.
Which do you like best: Apple pie, Pumpkin Pie, or Pecan Pie?
