I went on a program every day for seven years. This struggle with my weight had become a matter of life and you even don’t know that I’ve never been a fat girl. I never needed to do it. I always had the ideal weight, was within the weight range for my age and height. So that is the problem. If you aren’t aware to what are inside of you, if you never acknowledge your feelings; how can you be happy and satisfied? How can you improve something particular in your life if you even don’t know who you exactly are? I think it is enough to start talking about this next topic.

The x Compulsion eat – Diet programs.

To stop eating compulsively, we must take the time to examine what that purpose is. You cannot take away a compulsion unless you replace it with something else.  You cannot stop eating compulsively unless you acknowledge the needs it is serving and find new and more satisfying ways to fill those needs. The goal is not to lose ten or twenty or a hundred pounds; the goal is to live more, love more deeply, : that’s the best part.

So because of that, I have here (and in my purse too) one book that I recommend you to buy because in this book there are exercises for you to do and begin knowing more about yourself. But this book talks about this exactly topic: Compulsive eating.
