Well firstly, thanks for having me here! By ‘job’ title I am a holistic health and life coach, writer, blogger, speaker and self-love teacher. I am passionate about empowering people to realize their true potential in all areas of life. I want to help people fall head of heels in love with themselves and jump out of bed with fist pumping ‘hell yeah’s!

I think Mother Nature is one of the most precious gifts we have been given. Every morning I am gob smacked at her beauty as I watch the sunrise over Bondi Beach – the hot pinks, reds and oranges are breathtaking. It’s seriously magical! I love feeling at my calmest and most grounded walking barefoot on the grass or beach – our connection with nature is so important for our wellbeing.

12 Steps to Wellness is a guide to cleaning out all the toxicity in your life. Not just in your diet but all areas. Relationships, career, finance and mindset are just a few. I provide you with a practical (and most importantly actionable) plan to help you get confident and go live your dreams. It’s based on my 6 month one-on-one Path to Wellness coaching program – I wanted to share and support more people.

I’ve been truly humbled by the incredible way this book has connected and supported so many people who have experienced breakthroughs, energy shifts, weight loss, an increase in happiness, found their passion, got back on purpose, created a clearer mindset and so much more. Their stories inspire me to do more! If you want to karate chop your limiting beliefs, clear out negativity and embrace total wellness 12 Steps to Wellness is for you.

It will transform your life so you can finally start to live the one you’ve always deserved.

I am so excited to just be in Bail. Bail vibrates at such a high frequency and I can’t wait to tap into that.

I want this retreat to be a place where people come and really unwind, let go and re-connect with themselves. I want them to walk away with a deeper sense of who they truly are and what they’d like to be like.
