Well firstly, thanks for having me here! By ‘job’ title I am a holistic health and life coach, writer, blogger, speaker and self-love teacher. I am passionate about empowering people to realize their true potential in all areas of life. I want to help people fall head of heels in love with themselves and jump out of bed with fist pumping ‘hell yeah’s!
I think Mother Nature is one of the most precious gifts we have been given. Every morning I am gob smacked at her beauty as I watch the sunrise over Bondi Beach – the hot pinks, reds and oranges are breathtaking. It’s seriously magical! I love feeling at my calmest and most grounded walking barefoot on the grass or beach – our connection with nature is so important for our wellbeing.
