Chop & Grill the following veg-
Marrows / Zucchini
Yellow pepper or green
-Cook the Quinoa according to packer instructions (try not to over cook, i like abit hardish)
-Chop & grill the above veggies
-Plate a bed of Rucola
-Once quoina is cooked, mix all the remaining ingredients together, mix in the olive oil & stir.
