Meatless Monday – Easy Sundried Tomato Pesto

This is simple yet tasty……Ready in Minutes!!

sundried tomatoes,lemon, ahzelnuts

Ingredients :-

  • 9 Sundried Tomatoes
  • 100g Roasted Hazelnuts
  • Small piece of Lemon or Lime rind
  • Olive Oil
  • 500g Brown Penne Pasta

Method:-

  • -Blend the Sundried Tomatoes, Hazelnuts, Lemon rind & Olive oil together.
  • -Boil the Pasta according to Packet instructions & drain once cooked.
  • -Mix the pesto to the pasta.
