As a budding EFer, I’ve just subscribed to your “private blog” Having discovered the EF lifestyle by reading the article in “The Times” I’ve changed my diet and changed my exercise regime. After about 2 months of and at 42 years of age I feel more energetic and “younger” than I have in about 10 years. However, I have one big concern: I can easily see that giving up bread, pasta etc. means that I can take on the calories that I need from meat fruit and vegetables, which means that I have increased my nutrient intake, but I am concerned that my new diet (and I use that word in the true sense, rather than the losing weight sense of the word) is lacking on calcium. Without milk yoghurt etc. How can I eat enough calcium to maintain a healthy skeleton?
