The Master Cleanse is famous for being the detox choice of many celebrities and Hollywood starlets. However, it is also known for being an effective cleanse for weight loss and removing toxins from the body. The cleanse concentrates on three main ingredients combined with plenty of water; Grade B maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. The lemon juice helps to produce bile in the liver, which helps to flush out toxins while the syrup contains a great deal of nutrients that provide nutrition to your body throughout the cleanse. The cayenne pepper serves as a metabolism booster that also aids digestion. Since the cleanse consists of only fluids, it should not exceed 14 days. Most Master Cleanses last 10 to 14 days.

Master Cleanse Drink

2 cups of water

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp Grade B maple syrup

2 dashes of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. This is the main drink of the Master Cleanse.
