Marine Corps Marathon Training Week 6

** I apologize for not articulating myself properly. I am still flustered by the whole experience. I was not the one being hurt. I “ran” across a situation where another female was being hurt.

Week Six of Marathon Training:
Monday – Yoga
Tuesday – 3 miles
Wednesday -Strength Training
Thursday – 3 miles
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 4 miles
Sunday – 6 miles
** Broke up my long run to be able to get my miles in
