Yup, I’m about two weeks late for this, but being late is better than never, right? Here are my goals for this month in the subjects Personal, Fitness, and Blogging.
1. Meditate twice a day – once in the morning and once at night.
2. Journal about things I love daily.
3. Read for at least 1 hour daily.
1. Sign up for a short race with Amanda .
2. Do yoga five days a week in the morning to improve my practice.
3. Incorporate Insanity into my workout plan at least twice a week.
1. Create an editorial calendar for the next two months.
2. Participate in a Blog carnival once each week.
3. Make at least one YouTube video/vlog each week.
