I have until February 28th do make my final decision about whether I will be running the Yakima River Canyon Marathon or not. I have set that deadline for myself (and it is the last day to get the early bird price!)
I really want to run a marathon.
In fact I have signed up and trained for 2 other marathons in years past, but was unable to run them because of stinkin’ injuries. I just fear that if I sign up for this one, I will get too excited and train to hard and will hurt myself AGAIN.
Maybe if I just say I’m not training for anything...but rather just follow a training plan for fun, then maybe I can trick myself and not get hurt this time!!!
