Saturday I sat and outlined my whole marathon training plan. Put it in writing and will be posting it up on the door to my house real soon (today soon)! I have decided to try the Runners World Beginner Marathon training plan. I like the setup of how the miles increase. It just seems natural to me. Not only does the big book outline a marathon plan (as well as half marathon plans), but it also has all the advice you would ever need about running (it’s not called the big book for nothing).
