I’m ready for warm weather and cold drinks, how about you?
I’m a sucker for watermelon, and so are my kids, so I had to cut into it myself before they scarfed it down.
And I devour mango like it’s going out of style. (I also make my smoothies with one of the fruits having been frozen. It makes for a smoother smoothie.)
It’s been kind of chilly here in SW Virginia for a few days now, and today it’s supposed to reach 68º. I couldn’t wait any long before I dug into the watermelon, so I didn’t…and I came up with a pretty fab smoothie worth sharing with you.
I’d been dying to see what Good Belly was all about, and I had bought a carton of the Mango flavor and added it to some Vita Coco Pineapple Water.
Hi, yes, I will be drinking you again.
Who says you have to be on the beach to drink something like this?
Mango Watermelon Smoothie
1 C frozen organic mango, cubed
1 C fresh, seedless watermelon
4 oz. Good Belly Mango Juice
4 oz. VitaCoco Coconut Water with Pineapple
**Blend all ingredients together. Pour. Garnish with a slice of watermelon, and you’re good to go!
