I usually buy a pre made raw energy mix which is quite expensive. Today I had some time and a little extra money so I decided to make my own:
I bought:coconut chips raw cacao nibsgoji berriessunflower seedspumpkin seeds(none of these had added sugar)
I opened all the bags then poured a layer of each in a glass jar (so i had the right amount)
The mix then went into a large bowl to mix it all up evenly
Then it all went back in the jar, easy!This is so yummy and perfect for when your out and about I fill a little pot and put it in my bag for emergency energy!
After I made my raw mix I had lunch. Leftover mini turkey fillets on top of carrot and courgette ribbons with 1/2 avocado. This was so good!
Once lunch had settled I did day 6 of Insanity! Killer, which I think shows by my watch!
After getting freshened up I had some chopped apple, coconut flakes, cinnamon and tahini this refueled me and fueled me for workout no.2! I took my fitness class tonight!
I had another client to train before my class and we had a very cute spectator!
Yes so I did my class tonight too, I actually felt ok and was more than happy to do another workout, its been a while since I had a double workout day : )
Right I must get sorted for tomorrow, I'm up early to train a client at 6am
Do you make anything you can buy in the shops to save the pennies?
My jar of raw mix only used about 1/4 of each bag so I can refill that jar at least 2 more times big saving!
