Maintaining on a Cruise

I recently got back from a 5-day cruise with my parents and am finally starting to get back into the swing of things! The cruise was really fun and there was a ton of amazing food! The cruise stopped at Jamaica and Haiti, both really beautiful islands.

I mentioned in my last post that I did manage to exercise a couple of times in the cruise gym and on the track. I made sure to stay active so that I could enjoy several of these….

There is nothing better than a cold, fruity cocktail on the beach! I also wanted to enjoy the all-you-can- eat food on the cruise and the jerk chicken in Jamaica!

Unlimited dessert!

As you can see, there was so much delicious food and desserts all day, every day. I definitely ate more than I normally would, but managed to not go too overboard. It really helped being with my mom who is super health-conscious! There are definitely ways to enjoy the food on the cruise so that you can look hot in your bikini.
