Madison, WI orangeYOGA Workshop

11/28/12 Sweaty Results:
Run: 3 miles on my favorite trail, check. In 50 degree weather, check. Passed a couple runners in the last mile, priceless. (25:10 minutes)
Weights: I opted for my book, The Art of Racing in the Rain, instead. Weights will be added today since I wimped out yesterday.

Speaking of today... I have this idea.

I have a lot of people in the Madison area who, by default, are my friends because we either went to school together or worked together for yeeeears. These people inspire me to be better, to do more, to keep pushing the envelope of life. I feel like I should take some of their money give back and hold an Un-Yoga Workshop in the best city in the world, Madtown.
While we're at it; I'll also donate a portion of the proceeds to a charitable organization. Probably something to do with cancer because CANCER SUCKS. 
Thoughts, my lovely's? Anyone willing to carve out some time on a Saturday (This will not interfere with Badger Football, I promise) to come chill with me and learn some sweet yoga/exercise moves and talk health?

Today's Sweaty Sesh:
Run: 40 minutes (Tempo Run)
Weights: Everything I was supposed to do yesterday and didn't.
