Tuna Salad Sandwich
1 can tuna in water 1 baby dill pickle, diced small 1 T. light mayonnaise 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard Red or yellow peppers, diced (optional) 2 slices Sara Lee Delightful bread
Drain tuna and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Serve on Sara Lee Delightful bread (45 calories per slice). Eat the rest of the tuna salad with lettuce and tomato, or save some for a snack later.
