Low-Calorie Recipes: Shirataki Stir Fry

The shirataki noodles in this high-protein stir fry are only 40 calories per 4 oz. serving.

Shirataki Stir Fry

4 oz. chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 oz. tofu shirataki noodles (1/2 bag)
1 cup raw broccoli florets
½ cup bamboo shoots
½ cup water chestnuts, sliced
½ cup canned mushrooms
¼ tsp. crushed chili peppers
1 T. oyster sauce
Soy sauce to taste

Cook chicken pieces on medium-high heat until brown, 4-7 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry on high or medium-high until hot and broccoli florets are at a desirable consistency.
