Low-Calorie Recipes: Scramble

This is good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Breakfast Scramble

½ cup egg whites (equivalent to 2 eggs)
1 package instant grits
2 slices Oscar Mayer Center Cut bacon (25 calories a slice)

Scramble the egg whites. Cook the instant grits according to package directions. Microwave the bacon according to instructions. Serve in a single bowl or separately. Top with cheese if desired.
