Low-Calorie Recipes: Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Throughout my experiences in trying to spice up food boredom, I've experimented with a variety of foods and found a few delicious and low-calorie recipes for easy meals that don't require too much prep work.

This oatmeal is very satisfying and can power you through a long morning until lunch.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

½ c. quick cook oatmeal
½ c. skim milk
½ c. water
Dash salt
Granulated Splenda or sugar to taste
1 tsp. cocoa
½ to 1 T. peanut butter
1/3 ripe banana, sliced

Combine first four ingredients and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Add last four ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
