Baton Rouge (French for red stick ) is the city where I experienced a release from constraints and significant growth, because in 1981 I left the home of my parents and started my own life on the campus of Louisiana State University. I hope 2006 is the year the LA Health Information Exchange experiences significant growth and breaks free from constraints as they continue to work to build a RHIO in the great State of Louisiana.
