I gained weight this holiday and I guess of us do. But I am not lossing my hope that I will loose those extra pound before the month of January ends.
Fortunately, my job deamds to be physically active. I do a lot of walking at work so I will not have to worry about spending extra energy to loose weight faster. But I still prefer to exercise at least 4 to 5 types a week because it helps to keep my muscles lean by stretching. However, I have to accompany my physically active job with proper food to loose weight faster. Eating less carbs and more on fiber foods.
