But here was what Day One of the Leaner Legs Challenge looked like—I swear it’s only about 10 minutes:
Runners lunge 30 seconds each side
Quad Stretch 20 seconds each side with hip tilt
Seated straight leg stretch folding over legs (10-20 seconds)
