They highlighted a few diets including: The hCG Diet, The Baby Food Diet, The Tapeworm Diet, and The Twinkie Diet.
It’s pretty crazy some of the things people will do to lose weight. What I really like about this article was what they opened it up with:
“At the end of the day, it still comes down to calories - those that come in and those that go out.”
“No one wakes up one morning weighing 20, 50, 100 or even more pounds than they did when they went to bed. So using that same logic, no one is going to wake up the next day with that much weight missing.”
So go ahead and read the interesting stuff they have to say about diets, especially the ‘hot’ ones from 2010.
