Collapsible Waterbottles: Currently on my own lust list, these stand up on their own when water is inside, then collapse when empty and can be stashed in a gym bag or purse. The one pictured below is by Vapur , a company whose bottles are non-toxic and eco-friendly. They can be frozen and used as ice packs, and are also dishwasher-safe.

Magazine Subscriptions: Oxygen, Women’s Health, SELF are 3 of 5 that I receive and I’d definitely recommend them for some great healthy recipes and workouts. (To see my reviews of all 3, check out this post .)

A Stability Ball: I’ve mentioned before that transitioning from university student life to a desk job has been a bit of a shock to me. Going from walking around campus all day to hours of sitting? Not so nice for the posture! (If you’re looking for some at-work stretches to prevent yourself from looking like a hunchback in a few years, check out the deskercising post for ideas.) Although I don’t sit on a stability ball at work, I do have one at home that stays by my desk. The benefit is that the ball forces you to align your spine and engage your core muscles to stay balanced.
