I was beginning to think that all these celebrities were dumb enough to actually endorse these nonsense products. Here’s the story from TMZ of how Kelly Ripa (who’s in great shape, I see her downtown in SOHO all the time and those arms are the real deal) is suing a company who claimed she endorsed their product. Guarana Elite has splashed Kelly all over their ads knowing that so many will buy anything that a celebrity says they use.
I give her lawyers credit. Just finding these scam marketers is an accomplishment. Most are just offshore computer servers that deluge the internet with ads. You’ve seen them from Acai Berry, Resveratrol, “Miracle” teeth whiteners, et al.
ALL SCAMS!!!
I have received thousands of emails from people who’ve been duped. I’ve also warned off hundreds of thousands through my blog.
