Thanks for all your wonderful comments Lori’s dancer yoga pose
Last night we enjoyed another sea spaghetti salad with a creamy dressing (we did not remember exactly what it was but as soon as we remember we will share it with you all because it was heavenly).
We know the dressing had a red radish in it
How do you keep track of recipes? Do you write down everything you do or do you wing it?
We normally just wing it but since we like to share recipes we try to write things down. Though it does not always happen
so they come from memory!
We tossed in some fresh spinach for color
This morning we had another of our pre-workout truffles before doing Insanity’s PURE CARDIO followed by PURE ABS! Today’s workout was a tough one but felt amazing afterwards. Lori and I really like the pure abs section.
Although today I did notice that my right ankle seemed a little strained. It hurts to put pressure on it so I had to rest more than I would have liked. But I did my best anyways
After our insanity workout I treated Lori to the Kristen’s famous Chocolate cherry bomb shake!
I put some spirulina in it for additional alkalinity
Lori loved it!
Now for my Yoga May Pose : Chair Pose! Lori had her turn yesterday and today was my day. Luckily I enjoy chair pose because it is a challenge for me.
I feel empowered every time I do Chair Pose!
