Breakfast

I was feeling a little vitamin C this morning! I made up my own "orange julius" by blending together a cup of orange juice with 3/4 cup tropical frozen fruit mix. It was delicious!



Lunch

Throughout the day, I munched on several things. I had some Ryvita sesame crackers with roasted red pepper hummus...


...some unphotographed carrots and cucumber that I also had with the hummus. I had a few pieces of a Rolo chocolate bar that I won in class and shared the rest of it with friends!

Afternoon Snack

During my second class of the day, I was getting hungry quickly. I ended up going to Tim Horton's to pick up a low fat double berry muffin to keep my tummy from rumbling.


Dinner

When I got home from class, I had a quick dinner before heading out to the barn. I made a super easy buffalo chicken burger in a lettuce wrap. All the protein without the extra carbs!


It was actually really tasty. I'd say better than with a bun!


I also had a bowl of frozen mixed berries on the side. Mmm!



Workout

My workout for today included riding my horse without stirrups. We did lots of trotting including posting and sitting. My legs got a great workout and I left feeling quite warm!
