Juicing Without a Juicer

Posted Dec 04 2012 9:44pm

Hey friends………

How is your week going for you?  For me-not so bad.  Right now I am multi tasking.

I’m drinking a cheribundi , making dinner and blogging.

That is talent friends :)

So far this week I have done only easy, short runs.  On Sunday I have my favorite half so I am taking it easy.

In an effort to scale back my calories and up my nourishment with all the goodies floating around work for the next 3 weeks-gulp-I have been switching one normal snack out for a juice instead.  Preferably a juice from a juice bar or fresh squeezed from the market.  I don’t have a juicer so I do what I can.

Since starting this about 10 days ago, I have already noticed my tighter pants loosening up and a feeling of lightness and energy.  I am happy!

Luckily for me (and you!)  I got a package from cheribundi this week. Juice is not cheap that is for sure.

Cheribundi is tart cherry juice.  Research lately is saying that it has many health benefits like better sleep, athletic recovery and reduced aches and pains.

I like the different flavors .  I got these 3 but there are more.

I like that they are not too sweet.  In fact they lend themselves to tartness instead like a true cherry should.

Would you like to try some?

Well cherbundi has offered to send one reader a box just like I got (12 pack sampler)!

Just like them on Facebook and let me know you did.

A winner will be chosen on Friday.

Oh and the winner of the open sky giveaway is Lindsay from Cotter Crunch .  She is the gal who makes the healthy bites that we are all addicted to.

Hope you continue to have a great week :)
