How is your week going for you? For me-not so bad. Right now I am multi tasking.

So far this week I have done only easy, short runs. On Sunday I have my favorite half so I am taking it easy.
In an effort to scale back my calories and up my nourishment with all the goodies floating around work for the next 3 weeks-gulp-I have been switching one normal snack out for a juice instead. Preferably a juice from a juice bar or fresh squeezed from the market. I don’t have a juicer so I do what I can.
Since starting this about 10 days ago, I have already noticed my tighter pants loosening up and a feeling of lightness and energy. I am happy!
Luckily for me (and you!) I got a package from cheribundi this week. Juice is not cheap that is for sure.
Cheribundi is tart cherry juice. Research lately is saying that it has many health benefits like better sleep, athletic recovery and reduced aches and pains.
