Joint pain can present in many ways for a multitude of reasons. For instance, my fingers and toes ache in the cold.
When I eat beef my ring fingers ache and when I tasted my husband’s Greek yogurt recently, my pointer fingers became inflamed and sore.
If I accidentally eat gluten my knuckles become red, sore and swollen, and if I ate a heavily processed diet – I’m pretty sure most of my joints would ache as they once did.
