Well, it’s the last day of January. Every month I try and set a few goals . These are the goals I set, & a recap, for JANUARY (just for me to keep track):
1. “eat 1 fruit or veggie per meal”
2. “do 4 pull-ups (at one time), I can do 2 right now”
3. get on a better weekly &/or daily schedule (cleaning, workout, eating, etc.)”
4. “figure out which organization (ACE, ACSM, NASM, or ISSA) to become a certified personal trainer through”
I decided on...
[now the question is WHEN]
5. “plan a weekly menu...every week!”
Every Monday night my man & I would sit down and plan the weeks menu. It was so nice having it all planned out and on the board. I hate trying to decide what to have for dinner when I’m starving and just want it on the table!
