Welcome to the first installment of EXERCISE TIP TUESDAY!
Today's quick exercise tip is a simple one that I have preached over and over:
GET A PEDOMETER AND START COUNTING YOUR STEPS!! Try and get 10,000 in a day. Take your kids on a walk, use the stairs instead of the elevator, or park away from the store so you have farther to walk to your car.
There are so many ways to get your steps in each day.
(Remember my little perdometer experiment last fall? The days I was working I could barely get 7,000 steps. The days I was home with my kids, 13,000 steps!!)
