Italian Roasted ChickpeasIngredients:2 cups canned chickpeas 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. sea salt 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oilDirections:
Preheat oven to 425F. Spray baking sheet with cooking oil. Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Roast for 45 minutes, flipping once about half way through. Make sure to keep a close eye on them as time is almost up – you don’t want them to burn. Seriously enjoy – this snack is my new best friend.
