Hello all! I don’t know whether to say good morning or goodnight since I haven’t slept in what is now 27 hours. I just finished dinner in Japan and you probably just finished breakfast.
Here’s some airport culture for you from good ol Toronto Pearson Airport.
Gosh darnit, food is expensive at the airport. This lunch consisted of a whole wheat bagel with tomato and swiss from Tim Hortons, a Starbucks latte, and an orange from home.
My dinner, lunch, and breakfast on the airplane (yes they worked backwards) was all vegetarian prepared. The lunch was a crappy lentil wrap and breakfast was a crappy tofu scramble, but the dinner was good. Dinner was curried chickpeas with basmati rice. I brought the cucumbers from home. The cold quinoa salad in the back did not get eaten, it tasted like vinegar.
