It's a Low Carb WIAW & a Guacamole Recipe

It's our favorite day! What I Ate Wednesday!

I've been working to follow a low carb diet this week.

On Sunday afternoon I came home from church & made breakfast for lunch.
Katie, Mandy & I love doing that.  Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast & hash browns. (I skimped on the hash browns- really, I'm doing the low carb thing)
