I hate that phrase.  Yeah, Mizzou lost to UConn, but they’re really good and it could have been worse.  We had a good year.  Blah blah blah.  Really that’s all we can say right now as we sit, quietly soaking it all in.  We advanced to a game that not many people thought we would, but we still had hopes of throwing out a few more surprises to land in the Final Four.

Life goes on.  I need to shake this one off.  It’s time to head to Bucktown for Justin’s Birthday.  And the MU Alumni from my group all need stiff drinks.  It’s just a matter of figuring out what form of transportation we’re going to use to get there.  I’m hoping to avoid the Metra (who really wants to leave the party at 12:30 to go home?).

BUT, before I go, there is one thing I would like to point out (on the bright side!).  We did better than KU this year.  That, in itself, is a win in my book.
