2. Make sure your brain is well nourished: The primary vehicle for supplying nourishment to your brain is your circulatory system . So making sure your circulatory system is pumping full speed ahead is a great way to make sure you nervous system is getting all the nutrients it needs. 5. Manage your stress: Not only does stress make a bright day seem dark, but it also alters how well your nervous system can perform. So make sure you find ways to manage your levels of stress. Doing so will keep you happy and allow your nervous system to work harder in the gym.
