Is there a way to counteract the effects of Bromine Exposure

Posted by khamilton1

I'm not looking for a way to limit exposure because I still haven't seen enough about specific products to avoid and there is no way to know if what I have or am going to get is contaminated.

I just want to know how to test for it and how to counteract its effects.

Coconut water or oil and seaweed may replace some of the lost iodine.
