I feel light headed when I first start laughing. It scares me so much I have to quickly stop. I can usually continue laughing after the scare. It's always the initial laughter that I get light headed.
well it happens to me also. I get up quick I only fall back down. do you also have a fear of heighs. I can play a video game where I am up high and it scares me. I inherited motion sickness. you might have low blood pressure or you have a balancing problem. exercise is supose to help. maybe a aspirin a day.
