My daughter's baby was born @ 23 weeks and did not survive. A few days prior a Doctor examined her and come to find out in her hospital records he stated that she was 50% effaced and sent her home. They said incompitent cervix was the reason. Shouldn't this doctor have done something more than send her home the day he examined her? She also had bacterial vaginosis and he said her cervix looked inflamed.
