Today I’m sharing a case study that has evolved from a client experience, whom we’ll call Shirly.
This female client is a 32 year-old, mother of two, who made the switch to a nearly 100% vegan diet about 6 months ago when we began working together. She came to me seeking guidance while transitioning her entire family to a plant-strong diet.
Shirly cut out nearly all animal products and significantly reduced her intake of salt and oil losing nearly 20 pounds at this point in time. Her energy and activity level improved as well.
