Good afternoon everyone,

This morning was a different experience for me and a little of kilter. I did not have class today so I was planning on finally sleeping in but decided to go to spinning at 7:30 for some odd reason. I came home starved like always and had this wonderful creation for breakfast.

1/2 plum, 1/2 honey crisp, razzles, strawberry kefir, kashi go lean, sprinkle cinnamon, and last but not least the microwave for a good 30 seconds! YUM
1/2 plum, 1/2 honey crisp, razzles, strawberry kefir, kashi go lean, sprinkle cinnamon, and last but not least the microwave for a good 30 seconds! YUM and peanut butter of course. I always forget the peanut butter because I put it on everything

I then managed to hop back into bed and fell asleep until 10:15. I woke up frantic because I have things to do today and made a cup of coffee while writing my flash cards for my public health test. I am not getting ready to head to my internship where I will meet the other girl (Jillian) as well as the faculty sponsor to discuss the beginning of a new committee!!!

Fact of the Day:

70% of the United States is characterized as physically inactive ~ Please dwell on this for awhile

Only 15% of the United States are aerobically active in their exercise habits!

All you wonderful ladies out there that work hard to stay fit give yourself a pat on the back and treat yourself to something special for doing such a wonderful job keeping your body healthy and well!

Off to Williamsburg….
