Independent Self-Publishers Need Not Fear Amazon Policies

I’ve heard from two reliable sources that independent self-publishers will not be affected by the changes at Amazon.com.
When the controversy first began, I contacted Lighting Source directly to find out how I may need to adjust my plans. The agent for my state told me that nothing had changed. Independent publishers can still sell their wares on Amazon if they print through Lighting Source.
Yesterday I contacted Aaron Shepard, author of Aiming at Amazon and numerous other books. He said that there have been no reports of trouble for any independent publishers. The only complaints I’ve heard so far have been from publishing companies and authors who have published with them.
So those of you with hopes of generating a primary or secondary source of income as self-publishers can carry on as usual. And as I stated in an earlier post,Aiming at Amazon remains a valuable reference. It is available through the Life Empowerment Shop on this site.
